What is the GDPR?
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, Official Journal of the European Union L. of 2016, No. 119).
We have been applying the GDPR since 25 May 2018.
What are “personal data”? When are they transferred?
Personal data within the meaning of the Directive are any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The concept of personal data includes information which is accessible or recorded in any form (e.g. alphabetical, numerical, graphic, sound), stored on traditional media (paper, etc.) or on electronic media (magnetic and other disks).
Personal data are in particular: name and surname, identification number, location data, online identifier or other data that enable the identification of a natural person.
To the extent that you use our website, it uses cookies to compile statistics and to facilitate the use of it. These data may constitute personal data. Users can manage their storage via their web browser settings.
If we use the forms posted by us to contact you, we take care to provide you with information that your personal data will be processed for the purposes of contact, correspondence and exchange/transmission of necessary information.
In addition, personal data are also transferred in connection with the conclusion of contracts or the exercise of rights, both in your and our company’s interest.
What is the purpose of the GDPR?

If you believe that the processing of personal data by our company violates the law, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
